Rules for Using Our Platform

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 2win platform — whether through the website at 2win.vin, the mobile app or any other channel through which 2win services are made available — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the 2win platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 2win. They govern all use of the platform including account registration, sports betting, casino games, PKR deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and any other service offered through 2win.

Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.

2.Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 2win, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2win is strictly an adults-only platform. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• You must not already hold an active 2win account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting or casino platforms is explicitly prohibited under local law.

2win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification when requested may result in account restrictions or closure and pending withdrawals being held until verification is complete.

3.Account Rules

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on 2win. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses more than once, to circumvent a restriction or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• Ensuring your account details remain accurate and up to date. If your contact information or payment details change, you must update your account accordingly.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying 2win support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

2win cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

Accounts that show signs of inactivity for an extended period may be flagged for review. 2win reserves the right to close dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 2win platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no foreign exchange fees and no hidden charges applied to your PKR balance.

Deposits can be made using the following methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit
• Raast — instant PKR bank transfer
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit and credit cards where supported

Deposits are credited to your 2win balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit. Before your first withdrawal is approved, account verification must be completed. This involves confirming your identity with supporting documents. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. 2win aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe once verification is confirmed.

2win reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in your own name will not be processed.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

5.Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 2win covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and other major tournaments — as well as football, esports and selected international sports markets.

The following general betting rules apply across all markets on 2win:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Once you have reviewed your bet slip and clicked to confirm your wager, the bet is placed and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown on the bet slip at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live in-play betting is subject to connection delays and market suspension. 2win cannot guarantee that in-play bets will be accepted at all times. Markets may be suspended at any point during a live event.
• Abandoned or cancelled matches — if a match or event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the agreed result can be determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules for each market type are detailed in the betting rules section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary depending on the event, your account history and the market type.
• 2win reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price caused by a technical error or human mistake. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

6.Casino Games

The 2win casino includes live dealer tables, slots, instant games and card titles. All casino games are provided by certified third-party game providers and are subject to the rules of each individual game as set by the provider.

The following general rules apply to all casino games on 2win:

• All casino games use a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer mechanics certified by the game provider. 2win does not control game outcomes.
• Game results are final once a round is complete. Disconnections during a live casino round do not void the round — the result stands as determined by the game server.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts per round are displayed within each game before play begins. These limits are set in PKR.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slots and instant games are provided by the game supplier and are available within the game information panel.
• 2win reserves the right to remove any game from the lobby at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, provider contract changes or technical issues.

7.Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 2win offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all 2win bonuses:

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. You must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money PKR balance and will be used first when placing bets, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in cancellation of one or all bonuses.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using technical exploits or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially — is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses cancelled and may be permanently closed.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 2win reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that are already active and in the process of being wagered.

If you are unsure about the terms of a specific bonus, contact 2win support before accepting the offer. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms of that offer.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 2win and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical glitches or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in place of human play.
• Colluding with other players on the platform to manipulate game outcomes or wagering results.
• Using the platform for any activity that could constitute money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating any form of betting syndicate through a personal 2win account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the 2win platform, app or any of its underlying systems.

2win cooperates fully with any lawful request from relevant authorities regarding suspected financial crimes. All financial transactions on the platform are monitored for suspicious activity.

9.Account Suspension and Closure

2win reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent purposes or in connection with any criminal activity.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account is suspected of being a duplicate of another account on the platform.
• There is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or use of automated tools.

Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money PKR funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. 2win will communicate the reason for closure to the registered email address where appropriate.

10.Privacy and Data

2win collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on 2win, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, contact information and payment details — is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing and fraud prevention. This data is not sold to third parties.

• Any interruption, delay, error or failure of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance or circumstances beyond 2win's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred through gambling on the platform, including sports betting outcomes and casino game results.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics or market descriptions.

2win does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where possible in advance.

13.Changes to These Terms
